PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Our nurseries open their doors at 7.30 am and close at exactly 6.30 pm. In order to respect our staff, we would be grateful if you could stick to this schedule. Parents are invited to pick up their children in the main room.

All meals are fresh and prepared by Kid Farwest's staff each morning. Menus are posted in the entrance.

In november 2010, we created the new 100% bio food products "Pommes et Petits Pois®".

You can choose between fresh food and Bio meals in all of the centers.

Bio meals are hermetically closed, easy to heat, and can be brought to you just in case if your child does not consume it during her/his sojourn in the creche.

Nappies have to be provided by parents. They also must provide a labeled reusable bag containing a first aid kit and all the child's personal items (spare clothes, security blanket) when they enroll their children.

When a child is sick or doesn't come, parents are asked to inform us before 8.30 am. For the sake of the other children's health, your child will not be accepted with a fever above 38.5°C or a contagious illness. Nurses will phone one of the parents in order to come and pick up the child within the hour.

We ask the parents to bring a copy of the child's vaccination record as well as 'vignettes' from your mutual agency to the nurse. If your child needs respiratory therapy, an efficient and experienced physiotherapist can come to the nursery to treat your child (to pay by the parents).

As far as holidays are concerned, our nurseries will be closed one week between Christmas and New Year, as well as about twenty days during summer holidays. The nurseries will stay open all the rest of the year.
